Seller Exclusions

We do not ship to the following locations under any circumstance:
APO/FPO AA, APO/FPO AE, APO/FPO AP, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Palau, U.S. Virgin Islands, or other U.S. territories.

We also do not ship to Type 03 C&R FFL holders.

Inspection & Return Policy

  • All items are subject to federal, state, and local firearm laws. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure any item purchased can be legally owned in their jurisdiction.
  • Firearms can only be shipped to a licensed dealer (FFL holder).
  • Some items may not be legal in every state. Please verify compliance before placing an order.
  • There is a 3-day non-firing inspection period starting upon delivery to your receiving FFL.
  • Returns will be accepted only if the item is not as described. Buyer’s remorse or change of mind is not a valid reason for return.
  • If an item cannot be legally transferred and must be returned, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
  • All firearms must be returned in the exact condition they were shipped (unfired and unmodified).

FFL Transfers

We are a full-service FFL and offer both incoming and outgoing firearm transfers.

  • We verify the legality of all firearm transfers and conduct all required NICS background checks.
  • We provide this service at a reasonable cost, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.
  • Buyers must have their transferring dealer send a valid copy of their FFL license with your name, order number, and item description.
  • Transfers will only be processed in compliance with all applicable laws.

Shipping & Processing

  • Fast Shipping — tracking provided within 48 hours after receipt of both payment and valid FFL.
  • We ship within the continental U.S. only — no international shipping.
  • Firearms and optics are insured for full purchase price.
  • Additional shipping charges apply for orders to Alaska and Hawaii.
  • We do not offer expedited shipping services.

Payment Terms

  • We accept payment via GunBroker Checkout, by phone, certified bank check, or Visa, MasterCard, Discover— with no credit card fee.
  • No layaway available on items we list on GunBroker.
  • Payment must be received within 3 days of order. Items not paid within this time will be relisted without notice.

Important Notes

  • Factory-new items may display stock images. Variations in serial number, wood grain, and finish may occur.
  • Manufacturers may test fire firearms for quality control — minor residue is normal.
  • We do not end auctions early.
  • GunBroker considers all bids a legal contract — please bid only if you are prepared to complete the purchase.

Limited Lifetime Warranty – 3D Printed Mounts

All custom 3D printed mounts come with a limited lifetime warranty covering defects in materials or manufacturing. If a part fails due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it at no charge. This warranty is non-transferable and valid only while Double Time Firearms is in operation. It does not cover damage from misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.
